Your Numerology Blueprint is a service created by Amber Bordewijk. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What data do we collect?
When ordering a personalized numerology report, we request three details: your first name, your date of birth, and your email address. In addition, we store a secure payment reference number.
Why do we collect this data?
We use your first name and birth date to calculate your numerological blueprint. We use your email address to deliver your completed report. The payment reference verifies that the transaction was completed.
We only use your information to deliver your ordered report. We do not send marketing newsletters and never sell your information to third parties.
Payment processing
Payments are securely processed by Mollie. We never receive or store your banking information or credit card numbers. Mollie processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
To deliver our service, we work with third-party technical providers. Your birth date and first name are processed via an external AI model to compile the blueprint text. Your email is used by an email delivery service (Resend) to send your report. These providers act exclusively on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Data retention
We retain your order details for a maximum of 12 months after your order to allow you to re-access your report. After this period, data is deleted from our database.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party marketing tools. We do not track your activity across the web.
Your rights
Under data protection regulations (such as the GDPR), you have the right to inspect, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing.
