2. Nature of service and disclaimer
Our numerology calculators and digital blueprint reports provide insights based on traditional numerological systems (such as the Pythagorean system). They are designed for self-discovery, personal reflection, inspiration, and entertainment purposes.
Important: Our reports do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or professional advice. Never disregard professional guidance or delay seeking medical or mental health care because of insights obtained from a numerology report.
3. Orders and digital delivery
When you purchase a full numerology report, our system calculates your unique blueprint based on your provided birth date and name. The report is generated automatically and delivered digitally via email to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery usually occurs within minutes after payment confirmation. Please verify your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear promptly.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on the website are one-time payments (no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees). Payments are securely handled by our authorized payment service provider, Mollie B.V. (supporting credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, and other local payment methods).
5. Right of withdrawal & refunds
Because our reports are custom-made digital products that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal (such as the 14-day EU cooling-off period) ceases to apply once the delivery of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent.
Customer satisfaction: If you experience any technical issues (e.g. you entered an incorrect email address or did not receive your report), please email us at hello@yournumerologyblueprint.com and we will immediately resend your report or resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual property
All text, design, algorithms, graphics, and compilation on this website and in the generated reports are the intellectual property of Amber Bordewijk / Your Numerology Blueprint. Purchased reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, copied for commercial distribution, or claimed as proprietary by third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Numerology Blueprint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made based on numerological reports or information on this site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of any disputes, we encourage you to first contact us directly so we can find a constructive resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
